Spawn Time

spawn time: Time needed for a or some units to spwan.
Creeps spawn every 30 seconds and only start spawning at 1:30 minute clock. Neutral creeps start spawning at 2:00 time clock and respawn every 1 minute. Roshan respawns every 10 minutes and every respawn makes him stronger and bigger.
