Respawn Time: Time needed to respawn a unit while geting killed or destroyed or used.

The respawn time of a hero = 4 * your level.
The respawn time of neutral creeps = every minute.
The respawn time of scourge / sentinel creeps = every 30 secs.
The respawn time of trees = every 5 mins.
The respawn time of runes = every 2 mins.
The respawn time of Roshan = 10 mins.
