I'd like to point out a flaw. Spell Resistance, it was fixed so you don't need to purchase the item first before learning the skill. Therefore, it doesn't matter which came first, they will stack normally.

As for how you got it, i suggest putting in the formula [diminishing returns for evasion, crit and bash]. Also put in that critical damage does not stack, and the latest acquired critical [whether item or skill based] will override the other if they proc at the same time.

Another thing to point on evasion btw.

There are currently 4 types of dodge in DotA: Evasion, Miss Chance, Terrain Advantage and Pseudo Evasion [triggered types]

Any 4 of these can stack properly albeit with diminishing returns, no form of same evasion though can stack.

Evasion is acquired via skill or an item.

Miss is a debuff in which causes the target of the debuff to miss on his/her attacks [skills that have miss are: Blind, Smokescreen, Laser, Drunken Haze, Crippling Fear, and Incapacitating Bite]

Terrain Advantage is done by a ranged attacker attacking uphill. The current miss chance of the attacker is set to 25%.

Pseudo-Evasion on the other hand is a dodge type in which triggers are used to avoid damage. [Skills that grant pseudo evasion: Craggy Exterior, Backtrack, Gravekeepers Cloak, Dispersion, Bristleback, Aphotic Shield, Borrowed Time, Refraction, and Shallow Grave.]
