Golden wallet is a cursed wallet that turns those who own into a mamon.

Getting extra 15% from every bounty gained from killing the enemy unit(s).

Gives extra 2 gold for every 5 secs.

Effect doesnt stack.
Undropable item.

Uhm i guess it is quite balance since it is undropable which mean sacrificing 1 item slot.
And btw, iirc, mamon is those who praises money (gold) and/or world material...

Well actually it is not really IMBA in my opinion.
If you are waiting from the extra 2gold/5sec, you need +/- 3125 sec or 52 mins to get the item it self.
If you are waiting for the extra bounty (15%) from killing creeps (senti/scourge) assuming each gives 40 gold, you need to kill about 200 to get the item (from the extra bounty). So IMO the item need wisdom to buy. Only certain hero might get benefit. And yes, it needs an inventory slot sacrifice.
And it is not so much as alchemist's skill...
