Level 2 - 80 damage.
Level 3 - 120 damage.
Level 4 - 160 damage.

Cooldown: 20/18/16/14 seconds.

Level 1 - 140 mana cost, Global cast range.
Level 2 - 120 mana cost, Global cast range.
Level 3 - 100 mana cost, Global cast range.
Level 4 - 80 mana cost, Global cast range.

* Poof deals Magical damage which is reduced by the target's Spell Resistance and is blocked by Spell Immunity.
