Soul Rip

Redirects the flow of living energy through a target friend or foe, damaging them or healing them depending on how many units are near it. 25 for each unit.

Level 1 - 5 max
Level 2 - 10 max
Level 3 - 15 max
Level 4 - 20 max

Cooldown: 25/20/15/10
Manacost: 50/75/100/125

Level 1 - 650 cast range, 1000 AoE.
Level 2 - 650 cast range, 1000 AoE.
Level 3 - 650 cast range, 1000 AoE.
Level 4 - 650 cast range, 1000 AoE.
