Chaos Bolt

A mysterious energy bolt is thrown at an enemy. It stuns for a random amount of time. Deals random damage between 1-200.

Level 1 - 1-2 seconds.
Level 2 - 1-3 seconds.
Level 3 - 1-4 seconds.
Level 4 - 2-4 seconds.

Cooldown: 10 seconds.

Level 1 - 140 mana, 500 cast range.
Level 2 - 140 mana, 500 cast range.
Level 3 - 140 mana, 500 cast range.
Level 4 - 140 mana, 500 cast range.

You can't target spell immune and mechanical units with this skill.
Ministuns the target for 0.1 seconds then further stuns it for 1~4 seconds depending on the level of the skill.
Linken's Sphere does not block the ministun, but it blocks the real stun. Damage is still applied.
Chaos Bolt deals Magical damage which is reduced by the target's Spell Resistance and is blocked by spell immunity.
