Story
A renegade wizard who delved deeper in studying demonic arts, this old aged archmagus was sentenced to damnation by the Dalaran council. As a last resort of escaping death, he performed a forbidden ritual and sold his soul to Archimonde's bidding. Without trace of compassion and with a twisted mind, he seeks retribution to his comrades. He commands earth to stagger those who hinders his path with sharp spikes or siphons their will out. Never hesitating to transmogrify others to impunity nor doubtful of ripping his enemy inward out with his fatal touch, Lion like a predator loves doing it all over again.

can someone tell me some recommended items for demon witch?

As starting items, i would recommend ring of basilius with tangoes.
And i usually take impale, stats, impale, stats, impale, finger, impale, hex, and so on with mana drain the last.
However sometimes impale and mana drain early could be a good choice though I'm not a fan of mana drain. Feel free to choose.

Then usually I rush Bloodstone.
Why?
As I said before I dont take mana drain, so lion will quite lack of mana with his spell esp. Finger of Death. On the other hand, FoD is a spell that almost guaranteed to make an easy kill (NOT KS), thus u will get a lot of charges of Bloodstone which give insane hp and mp regen.

Next item will be Boots Travel. As a nuker, there is no need to buy power treads. BoT will help alot to cover all the map.

Next item I usualy get is Dagon. Since by late game Finger losts its effectiveness, Dagon will boost extra damage.
And upgrade it up to lv 5. By lv 5, u will have a 800 dmg nuke with just 24 sec cooldown. Even better than finger with 55 sec cd.

Usually the game should have end by this time. Otherwise, you could start considering to turn Lion into battle type.
Choices: Assault Cuirass, MKB, Orchid, Desolator, etc.
Simply, impale, hit, hit, hex, hit, hit, hit...

Items to avoid: Aghanim (adding tiny damage to finger, but provide least hp and mana regen).
EoS (cold attack is useless for Lion, and again, no worth regeneration given)
Eul / Guinsoo (u have impale and hex already).

Conclusion:
starting items: RoB, tangoes
core items: bloodstone, BoT, dagon
considerable items: orchid, mkb, cuirass, desolator, necronomicon (require good micromanagement), etc.
