Wex Gives 2% AS and 1% MS per level instace
Per level instance: Level 1 - 2% AS and 1% MS Level 2 - 4% AS and 2% MS Level 3 - 6% AS and 3% MS Level 4 - 8% AS and 4% MS Level 5 - 10% AS and 5% MS Level 6 - 12% AS and 6% MS Level 7 - 14% AS and 7% MS

-Rewrote Jinada, Wind Walk, Chilling Touch, and Essence Shift to prevent AI-specific crashes
