Pugna - The Oblivion

Nether Ward

Summons a Nether Ward that prevents enemy heroes from regenerating mana and can cast Mana Flare, which deals damage to enemy heroes as they cast spells.
Lasts 25 seconds. Each level increases the area of effect of the Ward's Mana Flare, the Mana Flare damage, the negative mana regen and the hp of the ward.

Cooldown: 35 seconds.

Level 1 - 80 mana, 700 AoE, 0.75 Damage Per Mana Spent, 1.5 Mana Regeneration Decrease.
Level 2 - 80 mana, 1000 AoE, 1 Damage Per Mana Spent, 3 Mana Regeneration Decrease.
Level 3 - 80 mana, 1300 AoE, 1.25 Damage Per Mana Spent, 4.5 Mana Regeneration Decrease.
Level 4 - 80 mana, 1600 AoE, 1.5 Damage Per Mana Spent, 6 Mana Regeneration Decrease.
