Death Pact

Kills a target friendly unit, returning a percentage of its life.

Level 1 - 55% conversion.
Level 2 - 95% conversion.
Level 3 - 135% conversion.

Cooldown: 20 seconds.

Level 1 - 120 mana, 400 cast range.
Level 2 - 200 mana, 400 cast range.
Level 3 - 280 mana, 400 cast range.

Notes :

* Denied creep does not give any experience.
* Bone Fletcher will target a nearby attacked allied creep with Death Pact if this skill is on Autocast.
