Poison Nova

Creates a ring of noxious poison that damages enemy units over a 12 second period.

Level 1 - 36 damage per second.
Level 2 - 58 damage per second.
Level 3 - 81 damage per second.

Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds.

Level 1 - 200 mana, 930 AoE, 500 Projectile Speed.
Level 2 - 300 mana, 930 AoE, 500 Projectile Speed.
Level 3 - 400 mana, 930 AoE, 500 Projectile Speed.

Sometimes, I notice it is like 'bouncing', is it?

When it hits objects it seems to bounce . .

maybe it's because it chases enemy targets when casted near them,

It is not bouncing.
It is just the animation is not as large as the AoE, so when it hits a or more units out of the area, it will still show the 'hit' animation which is looked like bouncing.
