Level 4 - Dissipates 140 damage. 4 targets.

Cooldown: 12/10/8/6 seconds.

Level 1 - 80 mana, 600 cast range, 500 Bounce AoE, 180 Damage AoE.
Level 2 - 90 mana, 600 cast range, 500 Bounce AoE, 180 Damage AoE.
Level 3 - 100 mana, 600 cast range, 500 Bounce AoE, 180 Damage AoE.
Level 4 - 110 mana, 600 cast range, 500 Bounce AoE, 180 Damage AoE.
