Creates psionic traps on ground. When triggered, it will slow units within 400 range by 50%.

Level 1 - Max 5 Traps
Level 2 - Max 8 Traps
Level 3 - Max 11 Traps

Cooldown: 14
Mana Cost: 15

Level 1 - 2000 cast range.
Level 2 - 2000 cast range.
Level 3 - 2000 cast range.
