Creates an electrical attraction between the Storm Spirit and a target area, pulling him and all nearby heroes to that point.

Level 1 - 700 Cast Range
Level 2 - 1050 Cast Range
Level 3 - 1400 Cast Range

Cooldown: 35
Manacost: 100

Level 1 - 200 Unit Detection AoE.
Level 2 - 200 Unit Detection AoE.
Level 3 - 200 Unit Detection AoE.
