Lucent Beam

Luna concentrates on the moon's energy and channels it forcefully to the surface, damaging an enemy unit.

Level 1 - 75 damage. 0.01 Ministun.
Level 2 - 150 damage. 0.1 Ministun.
Level 3 - 225 damage. 0.3 Ministun.
Level 4 - 300 damage. 0.6 Ministun.

Cooldown: 6 seconds.

Level 1 - 90 mana, 800 cast range.
Level 2 - 100 mana, 800 cast range.
Level 3 - 110 mana, 800 cast range.
Level 4 - 120 mana, 800 cast range.

Notes:
This skill is a typical nuke with a ministun.

* This is blocked by Linken's Sphere.
* Lucent Beam deals Magical damage which is reduced by the target's Spell Resistance and is blocked by Spell Immunity.
