Enfeeble

Greatly reduces an enemy unit's ability to participate in combat. Reduces its damage and life regeneration.
Lasts 20 seconds.
Level 1 - Reduces attack damage by 30% and life regeneration by 1 hit point per second.
Level 2 - Reduces attack damage by 60% and life regeneration by 2 hit points per second.
Level 3 - Reduces attack damage by 90% and life regeneration by 3 hit points per second.
Level 4 - Reduces attack damage by 120% and life regeneration by 4 hit points per second.

Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Level 1 - 125 mana, 800 cast range.
Level 2 - 125 mana, 800 cast range.
Level 3 - 125 mana, 800 cast range.
Level 4 - 125 mana, 800 cast range.

Notes :

* Decreases damage based on target's base damage + Primary Attribute, meaning items that granting raw damage like Broadsword won't affect this spell.
* This skill is blocked by Linken's Sphere.
* The debuff can be removed by Purge.
* The negative regeneration can lead to a suicide.
