Rocket Flare

Fires a fast moving missile at a target area on the map, revealing the targeted area. Upon impact it damages enemy units in the 600 AOE explosion.

Level 1 - Deals 80 damage. Reveals for 5 seconds.
Level 2 - Deals 120 damage. Reveals for 10 seconds.
Level 3 - Deals 160 damage. Reveals for 15 seconds.
Level 4 - Deals 200 damage. Reveals for 20 seconds.

Cooldown: 30/25/20/15
Manacost: 50

Level 1 - Global cast range, 500 AoE cursor, 1200 Movement Speed.
Level 2 - Global cast range, 500 AoE cursor, 1200 Movement Speed.
Level 3 - Global cast range, 500 AoE cursor, 1200 Movement Speed.
Level 4 - Global cast range, 500 AoE cursor, 1200 Movement Speed.

This skill fires an invulnerable rocket at an extremely fast speed towards the target meanwhile giving sight in a small area around the rocket, making Rocket Flare useful for scouting.
