Level 2 - 4 bounces. 100 damage.
Level 3 - 6 bounces. 125 damage.
Level 4 - 8 bounces. 150 damage.

Cooldown: 20/18/16/14 seconds.

Level 1 - 140 mana cost, 700 cast range, 600 AoE.
Level 2 - 140 mana cost, 700 cast range, 600 AoE.
Level 3 - 140 mana cost, 700 cast range, 600 AoE.
Level 4 - 140 mana cost, 700 cast range, 600 AoE.
